All returns require pre-authorization. Please call 3-Point Products' customer service at 1-888-378-7763 to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
Oval-8 splints may be exchanged for size correction only, provided they are in resellable condition and have not been modified.
Returns on products other than Oval-8 Finger Splints:
Refunds are made on the product price only. The customer is responsible for shipping charges.
A full refund is available if the product is received in resellable condition within 30 days of the invoice date.
Returns received 31-60 days from date of pruchase are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returns received 61-90 days from purchase are subject to a 60% restocking fee.
No returns are accepted after 90 days.
