Online Purchasing
Health care providers may choose to purchase through one of our trusted distributors or by contacting 3-Point Products directly for pricing and to establish an account.

3-Point Products carefully chooses trusted web based distributors to serve our online customers. With a few exceptions, the majority of our products are available from our partners. 

Please note that 3-Point Products is committed to fair pricing policies and will not purposefully attempt to undersell its distributors.

Consumers
Online purchasing for consumer direct orders is now available from our consumer division www.ohmyarthritis.com  Most items are available for consumers.

Payment Terms
Health Care Professional accounts may be established with prepayment for first time orders and invoicing for subsequent orders with approved credit information. Terms for approved credit accounts are Net 30 to receive professional wholesale pricing. We accept orders of any size. In order to fill small orders economically, we request prepayment on all orders under $50. Purchase orders are accepted on orders above $50.

Shipping Policy
Shipping via United States Post Office or Federal Express services are available for all customers. Shipping fees are determined at the time of order and added to the invoice. Fees are based on choice of shipping method, shipment weight and size. Please contact 3-Point Products for current shipping rates.

Return Policy
All returns require authorization - please call customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Returns without a RMA will not be credited. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. If you have received an incorrect or defective product, 3-Point will pay the return shipping expense. Please contact 3-Point to arrange for return shipping only for incorrect or defective products.

Only items returned within 30 days from date of purchase, with a Return Authorization Number, and in resalable condition will be credited. If it has been determined that a product has been worn or soiled and is not resalable, no credit will be applied.

Oval-8 splints can be exchanged for size correction only. No returns are allowed on individual or refill sets  of Oval-8 splints. Returns are not accepted on Oval-8 Kits or Sizing Sets.

Product Warranty
3-Point Products warrants that all products shall be free from manufacturing defects for one year following date of shipment. Product durability will vary with usage and care. Upon a determination by 3-Point Products that a product is defective. 3-Point’s sole and exclusive obligation shall be to provide the customer with a replacement product or a full refund of the product purchase price.

Latex-Free Notice
All products from 3-Point Products are 100% latex-free.

Repackaging Policy
Products for resale must remain in the original packaging. Repackaging for sale in different unit quantities is strictly prohibited.
