"I wear on both hands almost 100% of the time. Continued use has stopped deterioration and actually allowed some strength to return to parts of my thumbs that a year ago was non-existent. I have gone thru countless "supports" and these are number one. My hands don't get hot, there is not an overabundance of velcro attracting and sticking to everything else under the sun and I can continue to do my artwork wearing them."
