Privacy & Security
3-Point Products keeps your personal details private and confidential. We do not sell, rent, trade or share your personal information with other companies. 3-Point Products uses the information you provide only to facilitate the services you request from us. We do not track or record identifying information about individuals and their visits. We may, from time to time, ask our customers to participate in surveys to help us measure and improve our service or products. We hope you will take the time to tell us about your experiences with 3-Point Products. You can choose to remain anonymous when taking any survey in which you participate.
Your Email Address
Your email address is used only according to your wishes. You may choose to subscribe to our newsletter, blog or to receive promotional information. You are given the opportunity to opt out at any time. If you find you no longer want to receive emails, the quickest way to unsubscribe is to go to the last/next email you receive from us. Go to the bottom of the e-mail, click through where directed and if you choose to unsubscribe you will be taken out of our email database. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can unsubscribe for you. Please let us know if you no longer want to receive our specials, newsletters, or offers. We do not want to be known as spammers.
Divulging Your Information to Meet Legal Requirements
We may disclose specific contact information if our legal team determines that such disclosure is required to meet the dictates of State or Federal law, law enforcement agents or to protect the interests or safety of 3-Point Products, its customers or suppliers. In the event of a transfer of ownership or assets, or a bankruptcy, 3-Point Products may share your contact information as required and allowable by law.
The servers that store your information are located in the United States and Canada. These servers and the companies that run them use procedural and technical safeguards to protect your information against loss or theft as well as unauthorized access and disclosure to protect your privacy, including encryption, “firewalls” and Secure Socket Layers.
While we have taken necessary measures to assure the safety of your information, the internet does not afford a scenario of “perfect security” and we will not be held responsible for breaches for which the company has reasonably protected itself against and from which no security measures could have avoided.
